Mr. Lanre Abiola founded Prestige Law Office, LLC with the goal of providing individuals, dentists, entrepreneurs, and small to mid-sized businesses with high-quality, cost-effective legal services aimed at achieving the best possible results at a fair price. Committed to vigorous advocacy, he carefully limits his business, estate planning, and probate caseload to ensure each client receives the attention and expertise necessary to achieve their objectives.
Additionally, Mr. Abiola believes that clients should know their legal fees upfront. Simply put, if he can't provide an estimate of legal fees after consultation, he will not accept a client's money. Occasionally, prospective clients ask whether Prestige Law Office works on an hourly basis. The answer is always: no. First, hourly fees incentivize inefficiency. For example, large law firms working for multibillion-dollar companies often focus on generating as many billable hours as possible, to the detriment of those companies. Second, most individual clients cannot reasonably be expected to pay the exorbitant hourly rates charged by most law firms.
Mr. Abiola stands apart because he combines deep corporate experience in the insurance industry with a strong emphasis on modern technology, data, and strategic thinking. He builds cases for clients with a meticulous, methodical approach—brick by brick—ensuring that every detail supports a clear and effective legal strategy.
Mr. Abiola prioritizes client relationships by listening carefully, remaining calm under pressure, and focusing on practical solutions. He consistently works to help clients achieve their goals in business law, estate planning, and probate through thoughtful guidance and results-driven representation.
As a first-generation lawyer who came to the U.S. at age 20 with no family members, Mr. Abiola faced numerous challenges putting himself through college and law school—but it was all worth it. Now, as a business owner, he channels the same tenacity that got him to this point in life into vigorously advocating for his clients.
Outside of his career, Mr. Abiola enjoys spending time with his family. He is a voracious reader, a ping pong enthusiast, a serial investor in undervalued companies, and an avid basketball and soccer player.
